Terms & Conditions
Read carefully before submitting the interest form or making payment. Last updated: 17 October 2026.
1. Free interest registration
Submitting the interest form is free. It is not a confirmed booking and does not guarantee selection, a seat, travel dates or a particular destination. Provide accurate information.
2. Selection and ₹999 entry fee
The GGL team reviews applications and contacts selected applicants. If selected and you choose to proceed, you will be asked to pay ₹999 after verification using official payment instructions. This fee is separate from the trip contribution. Do not pay personal or unverified accounts.
3. WhatsApp planning group and polls
After the ₹999 payment is confirmed, the team adds you to the official WhatsApp planning group. Participants share opinions and vote in polls about days, destinations, dates, budget, transport, accommodation and activities. Please participate in relevant polls. Results guide planning but do not guarantee every individual preference; final plans depend on group consensus, safety, availability and feasibility.
4. Final trip contribution
The actual contribution is separate from ₹999 and will be discussed after participants share preferences and a workable plan is prepared. Approx. ₹3,999 for a 3-day trip is only an illustration, not a confirmed price. Review the itinerary and written cost breakdown before paying.
5. Participant cancellation or withdrawal
Please decide carefully before paying. If you voluntarily cancel, withdraw or stop participating after payment, the amount paid is non-refundable under this policy, except where applicable law or specific written payment terms require otherwise. Any third-party bookings, deductions or commitments should be disclosed before payment.
6. Cancellation by GGL / organizing team
If GGL/the organizing team cancels the overall trip or it cannot proceed because of an issue on the organizing side, participants may claim a refund of amounts paid to GGL for that cancelled trip. The team will communicate process and timeline. Direct third-party payments remain subject to that provider’s terms unless otherwise stated.
7. Changes and unforeseen circumstances
Dates, destinations, duration and activities may change due to weather, safety, availability, legal restrictions or other unforeseen issues. GGL will communicate material changes and available options before asking participants to confirm additional costs.
8. Conduct and safety
Respect participants, local communities, staff and accommodation rules. Harassment, violence, illegal activity and unsafe conduct are not allowed. Follow safety instructions and take care of your belongings, personal needs and travel documents.
9. Identification and travel documents
Participants are responsible for carrying valid identification and documents required by the final destination. Cross-border travel may have additional document and eligibility requirements and is not confirmed until officially announced.
10. Privacy and communication
Details submitted through the form will be used for application review, verification, trip planning and relevant GGL communication. Do not share another person’s information without permission. Contact the team for corrections or clarification.
11. Photos, videos and reels
The trip may involve content creation. Specific promotional use of identifiable photos/videos should be explained separately and consent obtained where required. Participation does not mean unlimited consent to use your image.
12. Payment safety
Pay only through payment instructions confirmed by the official GGL team and keep your receipt. Never share OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking password with anyone claiming to be from GGL.
13. Applicable law
This policy is subject to applicable law and consumer rights. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Review written payment terms before paying.
